Headline: Camp Zama teacher displays work in Japanese art form

Sandi Anderson-Watanabe, a Navy veteran about to complete her fourth year as a third-grade teacher at Camp Zama’s John O. Arnn Elementary School, is an accomplished kirie artist. Kirie is a Japanese art form which literally means “cut picture” and involves cutting a single piece of paper to create an image. A collection of her works are on display at the Camp Zama Library.
